I finally made it!!!!!!!!!!!!I am starting to get a little tired of doing them and now you know why.
Because it is 13 frames of pure hatred!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So have fun doing them yourself.
may make a video on how I make them I don't know.
Anyway have fun with it.
The base and everything belongs to me and they all start at 100x100 pixels

I think I will make a video for it because it is a little hard to explain. but the one thing I must ask is do you use gimp?

yeah mostly for animating and smudging. is there some button like save for web or sth?

well like I said I will make a video. I do all my frames on paint and save them. I go to this web site-[link] . I upload the first frame into it and then go to frame animation on the website and layout all your frames which would only be 13 of them. get the frame rate were you want it and then and this is the most important part make sure you make the white background on it blue, red or green. it is like a green screen thing. if you have that then go to transparent on the web site the image will go over by itself and then click the color on it that you used to green screen it. after that comes through just left click it and save as. you made it through the first part.
Next I take that saved file into gimp. it is still 100x100 pxl still. I give it a gradiated background and do the shadow under the tail as it wags with the burn and smuge tools. After I get all that done I merge the frame and the background together. not all the frames just the frame and its background. after that I test it save it. It will already be a gif so save it as an animation when it asks. after that is saved go to image and then scale image. put in 50x50 and then save as that. save as an animation like before then it will ask for frame rates and just put in 110. once that is saved we go to the next part and final part.
So the final part you just go back to that web site because the file size is to big you have to shrink it a little more. go to instant reduce under file size. once you get it done to 15 (it will tell you under the image) then save it go back to gimp crop the extra off and then save that again and it is ready for da.
That is the whole proses which was more than you wanted but thats all I do. it sounds more complicated in typing.

I would think it would be pretty easy for most to figure out how to do it. It's pretty much just adding in their colors and features to each frame, then using GIMP or it's likeness to put the frames in order and have it play as a loop, though they may have to play around with the delay time to get the speed right.
With the bases already there, the hardest part is already done.
