Maybe...
The woman was uncomfy about her small behind and so she decided to make a surgical implant. Something more liquid but firm to keep the right touch of her butt and make it soft but still firm. As she comes out of the clinic she loves her new behind and love to show them in tight pants and pantyhoses or sweatpants. Poorly the implant was something in a testphase and the polymere crystals in the implant started to reproduce by hard rubbing or steady moving. So everytime she moves to much the fluid in her implant start to expand and grow in size. Her skin needs to stretch and everytime her skin is at the limit she needs to stay calm and don't move till her bodyskin got used to the stretching and so her behind grows and grows

My story idea!
Emily has always been a fairly average girl but possesses small "assets"! She has bad luck with guys. One day she walks into a women's underwear store and sees a special on a pair of underwear that will "improve your chances with any guy!"
She then goes home and tries em on! Little does she now what they really meant!

Hmm okay, here's my story idea...
A young woman (Elena) works for a cosmetics company and agrees to house sit for one of her co-workers, Diana, a scientist for the R and D department. Diana tells her Elena that she has free reign to make use of any part of the house except for Diana's study, which is off limits. A few days later Elena ignores Diana's warning and goes into the study, where she finds all these beauty products that Diana had been working on as personal projects. She selects one lotion that promises to "make you stand out", and eagerly spreads it on her body. Once that's done, she realizes how silly she seems, and instead decides the best way to look good is to work out. After changing into her workout gear, she goes into the kitchen/living room and begins to stretch. However, as she does so she notices her body is beginning to feel weird. Kind of tighter...
