Do you do these in b&w first, then use curves or other filters to get those hints of colour?

Ugh, why do I get the feeling I'm responsible for this? As for that last frame, that was literally me this morning at the dentist. Without sedation, ouch. Glad you're alright now though. Wish I could say the same~~~
