Notes:
          - Scars across his right eye from colliding with iron bar.
          - Burn scars to the underside of neck, stomach, rump, inside of thighs and various patches along his sides. This skin is extremely sensitive to touch and sunlight. As such extra care must be taken when handling, and with a strong sun out he absolutely must have sunscreen.
        - Extremely frightened of anything resembling fire. A lighter will send him into a panic, but he also spooks at the flashing of electrical lights, rapidly moving object colored like flame; Yellow, red and orange. Thunder and lightning also sets him off.

Personality
Blue is an easy going fellow with a heart of gold and a lot of love to go around, but since the terrible barn fire which claimed many of his friends, he's been a nerve-wrecked mess. He's lost all confidence and spooks at almost anything, to a point where he may consider lashing out to get away from whatever terrifies him. Anything colored like fire and making rapid movements sends him into a near frenzy, as does the flicker of a lighter and smell of smoke. He even has days where he refuses to enter his own stall, no doubt be cause he fears another fire. He suffers from depression after having lost so much and would rather that the staff and other horses simply left him alone. The only horse who's presence he really doesn't mind at this point, is Porter though even he is slowly slipping away, ostracize by Blue's depressive nature.

History
Blueberry Scratch was bought from a kindhearted owner, who had all the intentions to see him back to physical and mental health, but found that time was simply not on their side. Before he came to them, Blue experienced the horrors of a barn fire as lightning struck during a heavy storm. While he survived with horrible burn wounds, he did witness the death of his closest friend and several other horses, which no doubt traumatized him. He rescued his rider from the flames, but the trauma, physical and mental, caused to the poor horse left him in a deep depression. The owner did not want a horse that could not work, and sold Blue to a kindhearted owner.

Here he gained a new friend, a dark bay by the name of Porter, which seemed to open him up just a little bit. When Will McCraine learned of Blue and his past, he couldn't pass up the opportunity to take him in and give him the care, time and help he so needed and he couldn't leave Porter behind either.

Blue is not slowly settling into his new home, and once he is more relaxed the rehabilitation training can begin.
