This is a great piece to have in your portfolio. It demonstrates a unique ability to use expressive lines, yet it's not quite abstract. The lines add a lot of emotion to the piece. They help it flow and give it dimension but I think they also help give it meaning. These two pieces are both very good examples of this skill. Particularly because the one on the left is a lot heavier with lines than the one on the right. I think this demonstrates your ability to use this skill both heavy handedly and light handedly. That's valuable, because they ultimately have a very different feel to the overall piece.

To keep it simple, this is good work! Keep it up!
