For some reason, the colours and the expression just remind me of the Joker. Is that weird? lol, that's kinda weird I guess.

I agree with Nash: the stippling/strokes combination looks really awesome. I also love the subtle blues in the shadows, it really brings the reds and greens to life. Her expression is also really great, it's not easy making something vicious and adorable at the same time without it looking ridiculous, haha.
