This is how Midna is coming along on my school project.

Let me tell ya, the frayed stuff was a pain in the butt. I know the gloves should be frayed too, but I just don't have the time to figure that out. Deadline is too close. I'm moving into color now. What you see right now was just me fooling around and trying to make it easier to see the pieces. The real color I havent the slightest idea how to apply. Nurbs are just turning out to be fugly all around. They don't shape easily and they color differently from polygons. Hopefully by this evening I will have made some progress. The sooner I get her done the better.

And yes, the moon is there. I couldn't resist. Plus it was a good excuse to use the loft command.
