Hmm, the only option I see of him taking and "winning" would be to go back to sleep, or at least lie down till the others check on him. Other then that he has to get out of bed and get dressed which would make the others think he's been trying out Blue's body at worse, or reveal he's really bad, or really really good, at dressing like a girl at best.
