I Figured I'd Load somethign else here since I been a little more active...another Fake Pokemon XDAfter doing the research I came up with this awesome Fossile Pokemon design ^_^ Functional yet cool. Anyways its ability is either Motor Drive or Lightning Rod, obviously XD
Anywho it Evolves into Velocirod at lvl. 28
Also he is revived from the Tail Fossil XD
Please be nice its not my best work >_<
Anyway... Raptail is mine and...

aww thanks, heh, I looked up raptors and I saw one with feathers and a huge tail pointing up and I thought "hey...Lightning rod...neat XD"
This and Velocirod are 2 of my best (In my opinion) pokemon XD
