OKay so I had to make another 2 for an even 5 ^^' Comeo n These two were too good NOT to do XD It's the last 2 forms, I swear! YOu get em by Bringing a Rotom to one of 2 more Gadgets found with the other 3...the 2 new ones are...Blender - Blend Form
Move: Twister
RC Car - Zoom Form
Move: Extremespeed
I mean come on they are awesome XD Dont deny it! O_- Anyway yeah these are just in addition to the Tremor, Wreck, and Time form ^^' So Please leave me some feedback if ye Fave ^^

rotom has a flying type form I think rotom drill form would be electric and ground allowing it to use drill peck, Dig, earthquake, stealth rocks, and mud shot while giving it the ability sand force which gives a 1 . 5 X boost to rock ground and steel type moves

I stopped playing Pokemon after Gold/Silver, so I'd actually never heard of Rotom before seeing these, but I think these forms (and the other 3 you poosted earlier) are really cool, and definitely original!
