I kind of like the pink color of the face myself...keeps the color pallete more balanced. The tear could be better, but the piece as a whole is really good...really solid composition.

It's really good, I like the piercing. I think you can do better on the tear. you can also try changing the pink color of the face,to a "skin" color, and even give it a "Lichtenstein" look by using a dots pattern.
