History: He had an extremely poor family and his parents couldn't support him and was put up for adoption. And in China, they take appearance seriously, so his birthmark took a huge toll and made him a out-cast. As time flew, as a kid(5) he ran away and survived on the streets. He learned to steal, mainly stole treats and goodies, and somehow learned to defend and attack. He was caught once and for punishment, it was to cut his thumbs off, which is the reason why now he has replacement ones. Around his teen years he was hired as an hitman and lived off of that, but only enough for an apartment which rarely visits as he is on the move from inn to inn, but he still has to steal for food from spending on rooms. He was known in the hitman community as the Skeleton Thief, as he tends to take some of the victims bones and EAT the bones, and those people were mainly the rich, cause they held enough money, though he doesn't know how to handle money and blows it off. But around neighborhoods he traveled or stayed in for quite some time, he is known as a normal rift rat, as simply Kleptic Felix.

How he got into eating bones: Well, when on the streets, he pretty much was taken in by an outcast who taught Felix what he knows today(Stealing crap). Though that person died trying to protect Felix, and Felix had to live with a dead body on the streets. Felix was pretty much starving(Too scared to actually steal food at the time as that was after he had his thumbs removed, so he had the person steal for him while learning to successfully steal stuff), and well, led to cannibalism. And all was left was a pile of bones. And so, again, was starving and led to knawing/eating the bones of his deceased friend... And not so surprisingly, he enjoyed it, though didn't enjoy the meat part.
