Hace un mes que comencé a hacer una rutina de ejercicios, y ha sido genial y doloroso, mi realidad es Shizen en los primeros días, y aun me duelen algunos ejercicios jajaja
Antes de la cuarentena hacia ejercicios en otra parte, así que decidí hacerlo en casa
a Poison le gusta hacer ejercicio y es bastante flexible, mientras que Shizen no le gusta hacer ejercicio y por la cuarentena Poison le dijo que hicieran ejercicios juntas para tener el cuerpo tonificado sin bajar de peso.

I've done those work out videos. I don't understand how the people on the tv can just go through the whole thing. Always smiling, never sweating. I'm suffering, trying to keep up with them, wondering if they're faces are permanently paralyzed from some sort of botox or black magic at work. It's ridiculous!!!
