Description
Fabric I used: white fleece, light blue fleece, normal blue felt, white felt, and black felt.Instructions
1. put the head of the plush together. Pattern part 1. Using the white fleece cut 2 head pieces and one of the brown nose piece.
Build a right and left eye out of the felt. glue eyes on to the plush after stuffing.
2. Build the body. Cut 1 middle piece and two body pieces. Pin the two body pieces around the middle piece and fold the middle into a point going into the tail end. Continue to sew around the body and leave a stuffing hole in the center of the back. NOW make sure to not sew the top of the neck where the head goes.
3. After sewing the body connect the head to the body.
4. Then stuff the plushie body and hand sew up the back.
5. Next sew the feet. Using the white fleece cut 4 feet and 2 bottoms. Stuff feet and hand sew to the body.
6. Make the wings. Using the white fleece cut 4 wings. Sew around the wings and leave the top of the wings open. Using a fabric marking pen mark the 3 stitch lines that separate the wings. Sew on these lines. Turn wings to right side and stuff with how ever much stuffing you want in them. Then once stuffed sew across the top of the wings. Hand sew the wings to the body.
7. Then cut out the scales in the normal blue felt. Now you can ether hand sew all the scales or glue them. When putting the scales on only sew/ glue one side of the scale.
8. Glue on the eyes.
9. cut out the stomach piece on the light blue fleece. On the fold Cut one.
10. Using the washable fabric pen draw a mouth. Then take a thick black piece of thread and hand sew the mouth. Or just use a black marking pen and draw the mouth.
11. Optional if you want take the washable fabric pen and draw in Lugia's toes. Then hand sew with the black thread. Or just use a black marking pen and draw the toes.
Yay, you have made a lugia plushie.

Hello, first of all i want to thank you for the pattern and i will send you pics of my lugia i just have one question... how do I make him stand... my Lugia's head seems to weight it down and it can stand It kind of looks like one of those drinking bird toys. Haha... so that's the problem I have for now, hope you could help me. Thanks
I'm adding a picture of the progress but as you can see i had to put a little green thing in the front to prevent him from falling :/
