A while ago, I had the idea to do an art jam for the first time. Now, that time has come. It's time for our first art jam!
Our first art jam will be based off a hit astronaut themed anime, that mixes real rocket science, with comedy. I'm of course talking about: Rocket Girls. (ロケットガール)
Rocket Girls is a science fiction fanservice comedy about a young student named Yukari Morita who during her summer vacation visits the Solomon Islands to find her father who abandoned her when she was little. There, she is found by a failing space company called the Solomon Space Agency (SSA) who offer to find her father if she works for the company as a part time astronaut. Hi-jinx ensues later afterwards.
The series was known for it's tongue and cheek humor and realistic science. Everything that was shown in the anime was based off of something from real life. The most notable was the iconic skintight spacesuits worn by the main ch

I was asked to draw "Rocket Girls" anime themed picture of Breanne and Davis going up on an orbitor. So here it is.

Well, looks like Breanne needs some more space training after having not paid attention to where she's going when following an astro-cat around.

Davis is himself.
