This is part 1 of Carrie checking on Blitzo after the whole Ozzie's fiesto and him feeling heartbroken of her and Flug's relationship (since you know he is in love with Carrie as Carrie already knows from episode 6 truth seekers when she had that dream vision of her future self). As Carrie knocks on the door of Blitzo and Loona's apartment place, while Blitzo was weeping with tears in his eyes until he heard the door knocks and kept on knocking.

Which resulted in him getting annoyed very quick as he gets up and open door to yell at some prick who kept knocking on his door. Only to find him be shock and surprise to see Carrie at his door, in her pink and fluffy trenchcoat with a worried look on her face.

Also, this is a scene for my new episode chapter I'm working on for helluva boss season 2 episode 1 Circus, where Carrie looks into Blitzo and Stolas childhood lives (literally) as she time travels back into the past by Stolas grimoire "accidentally." With Rob by her side as he still films her life on his show to everyone as they'll know how Blitzo and Stolas met as kids.
