Penguin Man is a robot master OC that was requested by a friend over Skype

Penguin Man was a friendly explorer robot created by Dr. Light. He was specifically programmed for exploring the more harsher underwater environments in the Antarctic region. There had been strange reports that mysterious creatures called Ningen had been frequently spotted in Antarctic lurking in the ice cold waters, and the Japanese government had grown concerned as to whether these could pose a threat to their homeland. Dr. Light was asked under utmost secrecy to find out more about them, and thus he would employ his latest creation for the job. Penguin Man was not only built for the harsher cold climate in Antarctic, but had an alt-mode where he could transform into a penguin form. This penguin form not only made him more durable to any form of incoming damage, but also made him very capable of swimming around quickly even through stronger underwater currents.

Alas as he searched high and low for the fabled Ningen in the Antarctic region. He was ambushed by Dr. Wily who had other plans for him. The mad doctor sent all his robots to hold him down, as Wily would forcibly reprogram him to do his evil bidding. Penguin Man would now serve his new master unwillingly, even if deep inside he was sad that he had become another victim to Wilys foul ploy. The mad doctor cackled. "You shall serve me and my new allies now, Penguin Man!" He pointed at the strange white creatures that emerged from the icy water. It would seem Dr. Wily had already discovered these Ningen creatures, and had made a deal with them for world domination. With Penguin Man added to his robot master arsenal nothing could stop Dr. Wily now.
