I sort of figured it would be Mr.Dark because the mom and Grim reaper kept advising Darkman to keep away from the door so i knew it was something bad and the worst case scenerio is Mr.Dark coming back! lol

ya I agree, it seemed like she didnt know that Darkman is very curious. Not only that but she didnt know how Darkman loves Mr.Dark despite the fact of him not being treated the best. I somewhat think Darkman especially saw his master as a role model or his protector especially when Mr.Dark saved him from the monsters that one night. He also was born and immediately taken away by Mr.DArk so he should def still care about him!! lol

no no no, you misunderstand Darkman.
at his early age he thought he was a nice guy, instead of "father" he called him "master" because he was asked to.
later when he found out who he really is, he started to be afraid of him.
in this chapter Darkman wants to say his mommy about the mysterious door he saw, but Voodoo Mama doesnt quite get him. later he goes there alone and gets tricked by Mr. Dark into thinking that he is not bad at all.
he judges people firstly how they look and then how they act towards him. what is about words, Darkman isnt really a smart kid to figure out when he is fooled or not
