As long as he appears at all in the comic, that's great! One question, though, do they meet MR Skops in this desert? Because I came up with a redesign for him you can use.

Sorry, but I do not plan to use Mr. Skops as much as it would be an awesome appearance.
I don't want to spoil too much, but there are going to be two chapters where some other creatures will appear besides our main characters. When I come to it, I will definitely mention it in my preview description.
