I don't understand your question... where exactly do you get stuck?
Are you asking me how to DRAW hair? That sadly would take too long to explain.
The backgrounds and extras work the same way as everything else really... The left box makes something visible, the right box lets it be affected by color changes.
If you still need help please be specific as to what exactly you are doing and where exactly you get stuck. Thank you!!

I'm sorry... I saw wrong and the program (ultrakiss or directkiss) is no good for my pc. But I have a solution now and I'm doing the sailors. I don't submited, but I go to do this soon

Yes, the only program that will work with SailorXv2 is UltraKiSS. No other program will work properly.

Wait, full-page backgrounds? Did you update 2.10 again? Wow, you're blazing fast again... If this means what I think it means, cool wallpapers are a'comin'! Yay!
Though I should point, out E-Moon's belt icon is a moon, not a star. Everyone else gets a star, but Moon gets... well, a moon.

Funny thing is, it works fine for PGSM!Sailor Moon; she has the Super Moon locket, but the manga feathers in her hair, no "belt buckle," but the traditional red choker with gold crescent (and similar boots, though in PGSM, they were more magenta than red).
...I'm actually kinda tempted to do a "Sailor Moon's Costume Through The Ages" kind of thing-- anime, manga, live action. The only ones I *can't* do (using just Xv2, and not Photoshopping them) would probably be her early manga rendition (she had stripes on her gloves UNDER the glove rings, same as on her boots) and the musicals ('cause I haven't seen any close-ups of her costume[s] from there)
Oh, random thing that I just thought of, and I may have mentioned it before-- would we ever have anything like a mask? (You know, like Sailor V's.)

The doll is getting so cool! The new short hairstyles are wonderful, and you can make accurate depictions of the canon senshi now!

Except for Jupiter's shoes... will have to fix that soon.

And other small things: Saturn's gloves, ESM's wing, Super Moon/ Super C-Moon's back Ribbon. Also I should note when Moon took the super form during S the ribbons reached her feet. They changed that in SuperS due to the permanent nature versus the temporary S version.

No need to mention things that are already on the menu (grayed out). I know Saturn's gloves aren't on the menu, but Super Moon's back bow IS on the menu already. Not sure whether I'll bother adding both versions though. I'll see. But one of them is certainly high up on my imaginary list of priorities.
