I know a lot of people didn't care for the last two Matrix movies, but come on, how can you complain with that great car chase scene and then when Neo is flying with cars and debris behind him? Well, obviously I was impressed and I had to express my appreciation in a painting.Acrylic on Illustration Board

great art! the first one is by far the best (the fight between neo and smith in the train station is my favorite fight of the trilogy) but the second one is very good, it's just the french guy and the architect that kinda spoiled it, non the less the whole car chase scene, the vampire chateau fight and the multiple smiths fight were epic. As for the third one, well the only good scene is the final fight between neo and smith, Revolutions just spent too much time in Zion with not enough fist fights.

That's so funny because I LOVE the first Matrix movie, but the 2nd and 3rd one just never really felt like they were as good as the first. Nice art.

I love the colour contrast between the faces and Neo below but I have to agree with others I watched Matrix for the first time in religion( yeah i know wtf) and i was literally hooked i was like why havn't i seen this! then i got excited to see the others... and they were a let down.

Great art. But it makes me remember all those "flying"cars behind Neo at the end. Yes, he saved Trinity, but how many people got hit by a car? lost a car? And I don't think that any insurance covers damages "from Neo" )))

oh hey, i might know wht ppl are complaining bout the two last matrix vids. there wasn't enough matrix-fights and too much blah-blah.. heheh, unlike me, where i find it was very well concepted.. is that a word^ :S

I totally agree. A lot of people gave those movies crap because they did not live up to the first but they still had a lot of eye candy and they were just fun movies.

i like the matrix trilogy.i was a little upset though with the last one.you did a good job on this.looks like i took some time.i like the detail and how you put them all together

Thank you very much for your comment, It did indeed take some time but I had a blast doing it while watching the movies and listening to the soundtrack. Nothing would have taken me out of that zone. And Yes, the last one could have used some work but I have to admit that final fight scene was good.

hehe,i agree.the reason why revolutions wasnt that good though is they where making the movie while they where making the "enter the matrix" video game.on top of that the lady that played the oracle in the first two passed away and she had to be replaced with someone else,which also threw the movie off a bit.if they didnt do that video game at the same time as the final movie,and took some more time with it,it probably be a better movie.
