Okay, this one might be it. All of the sprite on this sheet "Will" definitely be translated in to the original ROM 100%(except the Head title on the top and description on the right), after that you have to edit a few color palette on Hex Editor inside the ROM.My first ROM-HACK project has been successfully done, I might do "raid on Bungeling bay" next.
