Vegeta blindly charged at Cell, barraging him with every single energy blast he had. The roar of destruction rang in his ears. The bright flashes of pure ki blinded him.

He was filled with the purest rage. Wanted only to destroy and break Cell, just as Cell had broken him.

Vegeta gasped for breath, he could barely move as the realisation came once more that his daughter - his DAUGHTER damn it - had been brutally murdered.

He looked at the explosions in front of him. Cell was no more. Cell COULD be no more, not after all this.

Shaking with untold grief, Vegeta landed at his daughter's body. He carefully picked up her limp body and cradled her in his arms.

She was still warm to the touch.

"No... no, Bra..."

Something inside him twisted. It hurt. He felt tears well up, but even that forbidden emotion couldn't mask the power that unlocked within him.

"BRAAAA!"

Behind him, the explosion raged. An evil laugh sounded from within, even as Vegeta's newfound power overtook his heart and mind.

I'm insanely satisfied/happy with how this turned out.

And YES Vegeta goes SSJ2 because he's so upset! (You were right suntwilig !)

This picture is part of my AU "Time's Guardian", where Bra is born first and thus comes back in time to fight Cell and the androids.
