ForThe way she draws these two always give me a giggly feeling, and I promised I would make an attempt of the pairing
I do wonder, what would have happened if Goten was female? We could have had our first super saiyan female, and an official female fighter. I believe this would have changed the game to some extent. Such as Trunks being more motivated to help Goten (after Buu turned Chi Chi into an egg), and therefore Gotenks wouldn't have slacked off as much?
What do you guys think 0.o? I am very interested to hear some theories.

Naah, I would rather not to come back (shit, it sounded rude >_>).

Goten as a girl would be interesting to see and see how the relationship might change between the two and how it might effect everyone else. Also how Gotenks might turn out while Goten's a female too. I can see ChiChi trying to make her behave more like a lady. Though I just can't see Goten being feminine, male or female xD

The picture itself is lovevly, even if I dont ship them. 
Seeing at how most females in DB are not too important in the matter of fighting and such (perhaps I should make an exception for 18?), having a fem Goten would've made little to no changes to the format. I find the idea of him being gb cute, though.

Tbh I feel a fem! Goten wouldn't have contributed much and Toriyama probably wouldn't have let her become a SSJ. She would be more like her mom tho xD
But overall a fem! Goten is cute but I sorta prefer Trunks being a girl //shot The only thing I find interesting about one of them being a girl is... How would Gotenks been like??
Anyway I only ship this because of Goku/Vegeta fics where they have them as a side ship~

Toriyama had said so himself that he is terrible at writing female characters (hence why most of his woman are angry/violent)
