kinda both, they are both genies and kind of arseholes when on the job they are 'friends with benefits' or lovers but nothing serious.
they have both lived along time and after so long they dont take wish granting as seriously as they should so they like to mess with people. 
Genji is actually tenchibaka's character and Lysander is mine
they are from different time periods and places but they make sure to get together when they can to you know... 'rub the lamp' haha

Sooo they are like "we just keep bumping into each other so why not have some fun" ?? XD or "we are bound to be in this world for so long so why not live it as best as we can and have some fun alongway" ?

But I like the concept og genies messing around with people wishes ;d I imagine they either take the person wish literally or twist it around to make it seem as something else ?? ;d

thats them~
they are both quite lewd most the time and they love to talk while they are getting down and dirty together, most the time they talk about wishes they have messed up while doing the do and they totally are the type to laugh throughout the whole process
