I thought that was it! The cover for it just threw me off because I'm used to seeing the one where she's jumping in the air.
Have you seen Wolf Children: Ame and Yuki? It's directed by the same person who made The Girl Who Lept Through Time. I couldn't stop bawling after watching it.
