Took me long time since I keep forgetting about this. :I
So far, I need to finish up Taiya Akaoka's reference sheet.
After that dude, then I'll have like 10+ more to go.. ó_ò; (including the character's forms)

But pretty much I'm happy with both frotn and back veiw of Hikari. c:

Interesting character design. I especially like the scarf hands, very cool. I also like the nuclear warning sign color scheme you have going here - any reason for choosing that one in particular?
There are some things that could be fixed though, such as her anatomy proportions. Her arms look too long compared to the rest of her body, and the elbows seem a bit off as well. This arm length is only made more apparent by the length of the legs, which looks too short, especially in comparison. I think it would have helped if you'd made it more apparent exactly where you placed the hips, since it's not quite obvious under the clothing she's wearing. Just asking, is that a dress, or a shirt/belt/skirt combo she's wearing? As to the puffy sleeves, on the arm hanging down, that sleeve looks less puffy, and more like a flat sleeve, if you see what I mean. However, there are aspects that I like, such as the color scheme and the scarf, and though I didn't mention it before, I love her hairstyle. I like the way you draw noses too, as random as that sounds. All in all, great ref sheet, you just need some anatomy practice. Thank joo~ I used Nuclear logo because it involves with part of Hikari's backstory. I'd like to tell it but I prefer to keep information safe in order to prevent anyone from stealing it. I did told to my best friend and he told me it should be kept safe.
AH, now I see it about the arm! Never noticed it until you mentioned it. She is wearing Shirt+Belt+miniskirt combo. I'm unsure how puffy sleeves works so I went on with what I think would happen. Am I incorrect with my predication on puffy sleeves?

It depends on what sort of puffy sleeves you're going for - I would suggest maybe searching up references, to see which one is your best match. Are either of these the kind you were going for?

Her proportions are slightly off but, meh, your an artist they don't need to be perfect XD at least that is always my excuse~

Goggles is smoother instead of bulky.
Goggles is also darker.
Her white fluff hair is less visible.
Her skirt isn't folded up.
Her yellow lines on shirt look more "buttoned up"
Her shoes is little different.
Her pant is now skinny pant instead of flare.
I think that all I've changed the small parts.

I realized her backpack... Aren't really necessary for WHOLE storyline.
Unless, if you think she REALLY should have it back.
