I personally think a sort of ying and yang symbol should be put in for this artwork.
because light did what he did because he thought he was doing the right thing but it consumed him which means that evil can sprout from theΒ best of intentions.
and later in the anime L became a bit more well I can't really explain it you'll have to watch the series for yourself.

This is really good because the faces actually look like the ones drawn in the anime/manga.
Also, light looks japanese and L looks european, which is pretty much correct.
