Krita (what I use) and Gimp, I believe, are free digital art software. Most popular software seems to be versions of Photoshop, buuuut those are quite expensive as far as I've seen.

I love your tutorials, but I have a question fot you.
As a writer/artist I somestimes need to place characters of severely different heights next to each other.
So, my question is, do you know of a tutorial that wil help me do that? Eg. How much difference in height is the between a man at 6 foot and a woman of 5 foot in appearance? Will she be laying her head on his shoulder or his chest?
Sorry if this is totally out of your wheelhouse. If it is you can just tell me to go away.

Personally, I find this resource helpful as you can enter their heights and it shows them side-by-side. Unfortunately, they only have male figures but it's still very useful if you're just looking for height comparisons! www.mrinitialman.com/OddsEnds/…

You can also put them all on one of those lines where they're all being measured height-wise and see up to where they reach from each other

Divide the man into even sixths. She'll be five sixths of his height.
Since characters of similar ages tend to have nearly the same size head, its usually easier to measure in literal "heads" rather than figurative feet.
