Edit: Added the PNG and SAI files. I took another look at the eyes and I think I might add the blinking animation if someone requests it.

I tried to make a new base today, but I really hate it, so I'll sell it I guess. Hope the price isn't too hefty...
This is my first time doing this, so I hope I haven't forgotten anything. If I have, then just ask.

Rules:
-You can use it for anything as long as you credit me. That is, if you even end up buying it.
-You can alter the base however you want, but you still have to credit me.
-NO reuploading my base ANYWHERE. Don't share it with people who haven't purchased it already. No selling/trading of the base. You can sell the icons you make from it, but not the base itself.
