Wow nice job He looks like a boy to me at least. Not sure if it is the style used but his eyes look just a bit big though, most males unless they are young in anime don't have eyes that big I think. His jacket seems to hug his body a bit too much also, I would think it would hang a bit looser (it isn't a shirt). The girl looks really good, I think a bit more shadows cast on her face would make it pop out just a bit more. It looks like you didn't draw any shadows at all on her face or they are a bit too light.

There is a sharp contrast in the shadows for the hair and gun but more of a really soft shading on a lot of the clothing, especially the girl's. It might look a bit better if it was slightly more consistent between them, since I think you did both pretty well. Lastly and this is a bit of a nitpick but I think you use a bit too consistent of a line weight for the line art. It looks like you used the same size for both the girl and guy, and for the face/nose vs the folds in the clothing. The girl since she is drawn larger should probably have slightly bigger lines, and more prominent features generally should be a bit stronger than folds in the clothing. But the actual lineart I think is really good.
