"This is child's play. I am no longer a child." Hitsugaya grumbled and then smirked. Renji and Ikkaku taunted and tricked Ichigo into engaging in a trick-or-treat battle between the three of them. All of them were probably running frantically across the village now — in broad daylight no less.
"Oh, how cute. That's a wonderful costume you have there..." said an old lady behind the 10th division Captain, "You make a pretty good... well, whatever you are."
"But I'm not—" Hitsugaya opened his mouth to say something but wasn't able to finish as the old lady put candies and chocolate in his bag, greeted him a Happy Halloween and closed the door. Hitsugaya sighed and picked up a Butterfinger. He unwrapped it for the hell and took a bite, chewing on slowly as the pout across his face slowly waned.
Maybe this isn't so bad after all.
And Hitsuaya smirked and walked away, bag in hand and a streak of chocolate on his left cheek.
