so i want the hand to be stripped like the arm i try using uv maping but it get worsenote : thats the base hand i saprated it into anew materiial to use it as an arm warmer thats all i did !!

you can do this thing where it UV maps to the whole picture
look in the 7th panel of this tutorial (tehpuroisen.deviantart.com/art⦠), go to that drop down menu and then it'll map it and then bleh--
(can't explain in words, but it is fixable ahh)

I don't think so. I don't know anything about UV mapping. I can try, though.

It's gotta be UV mapped-might be a bit easier to do with the UV Mapping plugin than with the standard base-in stuff.

If you have access to it, use PMD2MQO and Metasequoia to see how the model's UV maps are laid out.Β That should make it easier to map the pattern as you wanted.Β If you have the full version of Metasequoia 3 and a version of PMXeditor with the weight-transfer plugin you can even get the Anguwrap plugin for Meta and remap the entire model yourself do your liking.

You need to rotate it and mess around with it for a bit

i did but it ruined the rest of the arm and it didnt worked at allci just need away toΒ format the hand uv map that would be better

Have you tried uv mapping just the hand and not the whole arm?
Just select the vertices on the hand OwO
Can be a little tedious though
