For some reason I decided to draw Godzilla ..... I use to love watching Godzilla films as a kid and even my parents brought me a Godzilla toy which I used to take everywhere with me.Hope you like it .... my first attempt on drawing something this fierce.

May be old, but I wanted to add something.
Β The name "godzilla" roughly breaks down to "giant lizard" or "king reptile". The Kaiju monster has been changing for years and remains changing still with the newest movie. Even in the 2000 movie "Final Wars" the "zilla" in that one wasn't even the same as the 1998 version. Subtle differences suggest a different monster. Each monster has been "Godzilla" in one form or another. Perhaps not the one everyone has been so used to, but it is still a version of the kaiju monster series.

hey love the art but i must protest thats not Godzilla Thats GINO (Godzilla In Name Only) people tend to mistake him for the Real kicng of the monsters but still Gino looks great

I never new godzilla was called gino ... his name is gojira?

Gojira is the Japanese's name. GINO (or Zilla ina GFW) is the nickname of this one because Japanese audiences hated it and it disgraced the original Godzilla. In other words, Tristar ruined it. So GINO is its name.

This is the American version of gozilla, the japanese is diferent (a lot).
