I don't know much about the game "Sonic Colours," but I saw these cute Wisps and just HAD to make Tarts into one!This is the Tarts Wisp! (Can't really think of an ability it can give you)

there is only one way to lure in a Tarts Wisp, you find a Blueberry Pie and hold it up for the world to see >U
