Description
A revised version of Xiao Long Nv . Hopefully this one this better than the last..
Edit: Haha, whoops, forgot to edit the description after resubmitting the picture. xD Anyway, I fixed some of the things mentioned in the comments... I couldn't fix her "bendy straws" though, since I am not very good with hands. @_@ I put the outlines back, just changed the layer to "Overlay" so it wouldn't be solid black lines... I also decided that the last background was too bright, and made it all hyper, so I desaturated a bit... Same with her lips... Took away the "line" between her upper and lower lip too, but not sure if it's visible... Err....what else...? I think that's all, for now. O_o
Edit 2: Fixed her face a bit more... She should look prettier than before, although I am not too sure...
Edit 3: Changed her hair a bit, with the help of ~CinnamonSin .
Probably overdid it a bit, but... heh...Okay, you know what...? Enough of this... IT'S NOT A KIMONO! The belts for kimonos are higher up, closer to her chest and there is usually a big bow in the back. (Also, I've noticed that kimonos tend to make women have a flat chest, although I am not sure if this is true...)

This is really very beautiful. I love the sense of perfection to this piece, and how her face stands out from the white all around her. She seems almost angelic.

Gorgeous! Hmm, do you use a tablet, or do you do this with a mouse?
I would suggest smoothing out some of the lines in the top of her hair, and giving her a more definete part. And maybe a little bit more variation on the highlights throughout the hair. I don't know what program you use, but for photoshop I would use the smudge tool for the smoothing and the dodge tool for the highlights.
As for what you said about the hands, I think they look fine! I'm even worse at hands >.<

As for the hair... errm... I dunno... I tried smudging it, but then... it started to look a weird... and...blocky. O_o Maybe it's because I didn't smudge it right, but heh.. I dunno. xD
Highlights... I don't know either... This is "supposedly" (dunno if it really is) realism, and... unless you have extremely silky hair, you can't really see the highlights too well... especially for black hair. Secondly the Dodge tool doesn't work on black.

I don't mean totally go anime shiny shiny highlights, just like... *does a quickie* [link] a little more definition to the shading in the hair.
Augh, I always feel bad doing "avanced critique" when the person actually makes way better things than I do... I'm afraid it sounds too much like I'm trying to say I know better, when I obviously don't... I still think this is an extremely beautiful picture and love it.

Coolerificalz! Hehe, she looks "older" than your earlier version of her. Wow okay I'm going to hunt for things that people haven't already said. The folds came to mind but some people have already mentioned that. The hair looks a bit shaky but then again that's understandable; it's pretty dayum hard to render hair (especially hair that long XD) with a mouse.
Uhm her face is really awesome. I can't stop staring at it. XD I also feel like the hair on the right shouldn't disappear so high on her chest. Uhm that sounded really weird. o.o; Whee the background's pretty pretty (xD). Uh... don't have much else to say? ^____^;;

Much improvement from the previous, that is a definite. I would suggest that you study the nose and hand structure, since it seems to me that they are your weakest area at the moment. Once you've study those two part, then probably the flow of the fabric. I have problems there myself.
On the painting itself, I think you could darken the sideline hair. It seems like she have greyish hair at her temple. You were probably trying to definte the bangs, but the sideline hair shouldn't be sacrificed. Just mix them together, and bring in some highlights, the bangs will show up. Although I think you are trying to avoid having outlines, but I think outlines work for this kind of painting. Not prominent ones, but at least little hints of it would help.

I really, really don't like anime.
However, I'm looking past that, because that just barely classifies as anime (by my standards), and, it is a beautiful piece of artwork.
Your shading is beautiful, and the anatomy's great as well.
The only thing I don't like is the hair- I like the style, I like the 'do, and it looks great from far away, but when you go up close, it's just not as detailed as hair generally is. Plus, it should all (or at least look like it does) come from the middle, because the strands that don't come out of the part are underneath and you can't see the roots. If that made sense... yeh.
Anyways.
I like her alot- she's memorable, in a good way, and she looks strong- but beautiful.
