it's a Garchomp!
the design is good, though I'm still feeling iffy about the sleeves
I tried to make it similar to Garchomps design and the sleeves are supposed to be like the sleeves on the Senbonzakura costumes (the odd long sleeves, I dunno what the costume are called)Β
Overall I'm glad with how her design came out
also her name is Mako which is a type of Japanese sharkΒ

I think that maybe you feel that way about the sleeves because the outline is a little bit too thin? you could try to make them slightly thicker and i'm sure they'll look better (>w O )b
