Except for the fact that since Natsu's body was actually blocking 90% of what was actually going on with, once again "Basically the entirety of Gray's body + Lucy's arm", we can not say with absolute certainty that the image as interpreted above is actually what happened.
I mean, of course, if you want to imagine it happening this way, you could; I can not say it is "not" with absolute certainty either. It can go either way. I can say, however, that by placing her arm near the middle of the sleeve in this edit makes it look like the top portion of the sleeve is defying gravity. To be honest, whether or not you choose to take this as a GrayLu hint is largely up for interpretation (especially because this "is" an edit". Each to our own, right?
Nevertheless, I don't want to get into a debate about this. A question was posed. I answered truthfully.
