Fifth task for OC-training

In the caves of Larken
where rare gemstones were mined
There were tales of a creature
you wouldn't wish to find
Pewf is how they called it
and how terrible it was!
With six eyes, four wings, twenty tongues
Twas as deadly as foul
The Hero, Cavin, hearing this
said to Larken's folk:
"I will slay this smelly beast!
It is what must be done!"
Entering the deep, dark caves
Cavin did not fright
His heart was brave, his sword was bright
He was ready to fight!
From the dark, the beast appeared
Twas as big as a house
It attacked with its twenty tongues!
What would Cavin do now?
He found himself under bondage
He was going to be devoured
But his fight wasn't over yet
"I'll show you what I've got!"
With one swing of his bright sword
he cutted the twenty tongues
Another swing cutted its wings short
He had already won
The heart of the beast was impaled
and so it's life was gone
Cavin took as trophies
it's eyes and twenty tongues
Back in town, the people praised
"Cavin, you saved the day!"
And for twenty days and nights
celebrations were held
And this is how brave Cavin
of the Grey Knights of Mo
Slayed the Pewf of Larken
How great his deeds are now!

This extract from the epic poem "Song of the Knights of Mo" (written around 350-400 years after Mo) gives us an idealized, but still quite useful look at Cavin's daily life. As a Royal Knight of Mo (and also as an adventurer, after his reincarnation) Cavin's main job is to slay monsters and keep the people safe. He find's great pride in this duty, as he considers that his martial prowess should be used to protect others.

Eating habits: Cavin's diet requires him to eat a loot of food to properly maintain his muscles. He loves foods that have lots of protein and calories, like meat, milk and eggs. He's 100% anti-veganism. While he mostly avoids alcohol, he has a quite large resistance to it and can drink a considerable amount before starting to get drunk. His drunk personality is very melancholic, in contrast to his regular optimistic personality.

Sleeping habits: Cavin always tries to get an optimal amount of sleep. However, due to the nature of his work, he often has to fight enemies in the middle of the night. Because of this, he has developed the talent of falling asleep at will and waking up quickly at the first sign of danger, in order to maximize his hours of sleep as well as his alert response.

Subject of study: Cavin never got a formal education in neither of his lifetimes. He always grew up fighting, so he could be considered academically illiterate.

Sense of humor: Cavin is the kind of guy who laughs hard at dad jokes. Even though he's serious most of the time, he can aslo be quite easily amused when relaxed.

Team role: Cavin is the vanguard, the first fighter in line. He is quite good at taking quick decisions in the middle of battle, an abiity that makes him highly valuable as a commander. He likes to give his best in most fights, as he considers that doing otherwise would be disrespectful to the enemy; unless he considers that his enemy doesn't deserve respect.
