Ok. This is as finished as I'm getting on this pic. I am STUCK on the backgroung.... I have no freakin' clue what to do. I had a complete brain fart.So... anyway, i got the idea for this from a magazine cover. The title is thanks to my adopted lil sister Taylor for introducing me to Savage's Let Me See Your Hips Swing.
lol. anyway, any ideas on the background, let me know. If i ever finish it, i'll update. Thanks!
