Well, at long last, my digital coloration of Keyala. Sorry this has taken forever to finish, but I'm really proud of this.The best part, I think at least, is the shading of the boots. I was very persistant in getting the shading done correctly.

How awesome, all of the time that you spent on this defenitly (please pardon my spelling!) shows! I think that it's your best work since the Motoko fanart a couple of months ago, she exudes badassedness.

It was my opinion that the skintone was what made it so good, especially on the legs. I hadn't seen a better one before or since.

I could have done better on the skin tone, but it's a lot better than some that I've seen.

Oh, thank you so much for being humble about something like that! Your skintone on that was great, but I see so many people who get the technicolor fake look to their skintones and exude a Zaphod Beelbrox (pardon my spelling) level of self confidence about them, like they're king of the universe for finding the color peach on their PS pallets.

It's Zaphod Beeblebrox, but you only missed it by an 'e'.
The problem with me is that I always find colors that are either too dark for the area, or are too plastic-y. It's really annoying.

Hmm..........I like the darker ones better than plastic-y ones, they look really cool for some contrasts, depending on the character. My big problem is that I want all of my characters to have a different skintone, which is all well and good for the little pink fairy girl, but it's a total bitch for the rest of them. That is why I haven't CG'd my group picture yet, I can't find two distinct and still good skintones for use on it. You do well at it, though, I don't think I'd ever find reason to attack the look of the skin on your CG pics.

It's cool, the anatomy is pretty good. I think her left eye could be *slightly* higher up on the face, but other than that this is a really cool drawing.
