FINALLY! After POTC came out and everyone fell in love with their version of pirates, not many artists created really cool, relatively stereotypical, downright friggin' awesome pirates. Its a breath of fresh air to see some pirates that really look like characters that have an air to them that SCREAMS personality and wickedness. Anyway, I love each and every one of them. If I were a writer, I would probably write a story about them. They're just THAT brilliant
Also- I love the way you draw ringlets and curly hair. Just thought you should know.

The thing I enjoy most about your art - and especially your sketches - is the feeling of motion I get from them. I don't know why these particular ones inspired me to say that, but it is true.
As always, these are excellent sketches, especially for being so erm, sketchy. You really should do your own webcomic. Or long term graphic novel project. Erm, if you haven't already?

Not bad. I think there should be some poses that really buckle the ole' swash, y'know? Something dynamic. One those swords look too much like rapiers and not enough like cutlasses. Thicker blades! RAR!
