A truly great shot. What makes it great is the contrast between the motion of the clouds and the stillness of the scene underneath, but also the lack of colours: in black and white it conveys to me a sense of moodiness and beauty which I suspect it wouldn't have were it in colour. And on top of that, the man stood still long enough to not appear blurry! It would have been a beautiful photo without him too, but the fact that he's there just adds an extra touch, which I find adds a lot the picture: makes it more pensive.
