Description

A spider, is a secondary main character of Anthromalia. Someone who has an unknown expiration date coming up and is trying to get all the artwork he can possibly create along with finding a “certain someone” before his death. He was the second ever member of Inverts Aren’t Spineless and led to the movement gaining publicity after spray painting promotional artwork of the founder, Rosaleigh Coralin’s website and hanging prints of it around town. His hobbies are drawing, photography and building makeshift gadgets. He’s a generally happy person but he has an indifferent outlook on life and society, he mostly just does things for his own amusement and not for a lasting effect.
He is currently single and has no interest in a relationship, although he thinks he may have feelings for Rosaleigh. He’s best identified as asexual aromantic despite that.

His best qualities are his wits/ingenuity, his stealth and the ability to give unbiased looks at things but his worst would be his rudeness towards the few that can tolerate him, his recklessness and his strong leaning towards performing illegal activities before bothering to see if there’s a way to legally do them.

Not only is he afflicted with cordyceps, a fungal parasite that grows inside the host and eventually bursts them open with its fruiting bodies, he is thought to have unchecked schizophrenia similar to Rosaleigh and possibly borderline personality disorder. He has a distaste towards doctors and thus won’t take himself to a hospital and chooses to medicate himself instead. He hasn’t found anything that effectively kills off the cordyceps inside of him and if anything, in reality he made his psychological disorders less manageable due to the wide array of drugs he’s taken at a young age. Surprisingly, he has no addictions to anything due to him not finding one that ‘works’ well enough for him thus no motivation to continue whatever substance he was previously using.
