Gonna comment on a different view now on this sheet..
1. He should've had one arm.. And it would have been great for the spritesheet because this spritesheet is pretty much a recolor of Goku but with a new hair and different face :/
2. I don't see hair movement at all in the sprite sheet. 
3. The special moves are good.. the colors not as good.. :/
Edit of Goku but good sheet. Next time, try not to do to make it too much like Goku AND DON"T SELL IT FOR SUCH A RETARDED PRICE..
