i am really glad with how this turned out lol origanally it was just supposed to be a quick practice sketch ^^out of all my OC in my manga DT i honestly think sakura is my favorite lol next to tastuya >< i have so many more characters to finalize so youll be seeing more of my OCs in the next couple of uploads

Alright, this is my first actual critique but here I go... As far as the coloring goes I really really like it. When I first saw the picture the fact the coloring job looked like it was only partially done was a little off putting but as I looked at it closely I really started to enjoy the artistic look of it. I think that the anatomy of her face is very very well done as well! I think for the most part it is really well done overall, except for the body under the left breast, it seems a little off when I look at it. As if the rib cage was jutting in a way. As I'm not as good at anatomy as you are I'm not entirely sure it is off it just kinda feels like it is. Like I said I really like it! I think that it is very artistic and a wonderful character sketch!

I do like this drawing, but I think giving it such a high rating is a bit unfair when there's art out there that's much better. Of course, art is subjective, but I think you may want to be more critical in your future critiques.
Keep on critiquing though! Really work on training your eyes/mind to become more critical.

I do see where you're coming from I've just never been very good at five point rating systems lol I could never be a very good critic I never really go below three stars on anything. I'm an overly nice person most of the time which isn't good for critiquing. lol

Being nice is a good thing! Overly-nice, well, I guess it depends on the situation. I understand where you're coming from, and while I think having a critical eye and being able to critique well is definitely a good thing, it's not as though it's an essential quality to have. I didn't mean any offense to you or the artist (if s/he has read this), hope you know that. I just wanted to point out how I felt.

Sakura has what many of my charaters have within the story line, it deals with thier DNA and Genetics,its called Devils Blood, so basically she has unatural abilities that pretty much makes her super human!!! lol so she is supa fast, supa strong, and all the other good stuff lol XD, but not all the characters share the same strengths some excell in others and some have different abilities, but ya lol thats pretty much it ^^

I have noticed that as well! It's crazy how one moment I think I all of the best artists on my watch and then I come across someone else with great art and I wonder why I didn't find them before!
