Chizuru has been a jounin for about ... two years? Basically not very long.I actually freaked out one day when I thought that all the other female chuunin/jounin all wore their own unique outfits - but then I happily recalled seeing Shizune in the normal uniform, so the crisis was over.
(No, I'm just typing to fill up space ... *cough*)
