I told myself I wouldn’t do this until I got more details from it, damn it, I can’t resist. (I don’t even know if Wally’s a cat person, but considering I’ve already seen someone ship their cat oc with him, I decided to go for it. No disrespect to them, the OC is adorable.)

Yeah, she’s just a background character, a running-gag at best maybe, but there’s no harm to having a mischievous little companion, right? I’ve always enjoyed the animal companion trope in kiddie shows, (Blue from blue’s clues, Mel from Jack’s big music show, etc.) or just the silent supporting character (I.E. Moose A. Moose and Zee, Molly from the Big Comfy couch, Gromit from Wallace and… Gromit etc.) and uh… I guess this is where she came from.

…also, I have no idea what my neighbor’s talent would be or how they’d contribute, and a pet cat seemed to be simple enough

….yeah, I never grew up, but I’m not apologizing. Nostalgia is a bit of a [guilty?] pleasure, and in this case, I couldn’t ignore it.
