Used the sprites for the build I wanted, grabbed the belt off Falcon Knights, and everything else like the short sleeves, making the jacket short, hair clip, and changing the original tactician belt into a falcon knight-like skirt was done by erasing the unneeded parts and drawing what I wanted with a normal pen tool c:
