I love Peridot! Oh she's such a little cinnamon roll! I originally didn't think I was going to have time to draw her, but somehow found some time!Peridot at first was actually annoying to me, but as the seasons went on I fell in love with her! She surprised me, and now she's just the cutest little thing!
I'm leaving for Albuquerque tonight for ACC! The second con of 2017!
I love this con for many many reasons! One of them is that I always get to play in the snow whenever I go. Another is all of my friends are there, and its where I met my SO.
Albuquerque has always been just one of those shows I love to attend no matter what! There always seems to be more and more snow each year, so we will see what happens this weekend! *Fingers Crossed*
Coloring this piece was really interesting for me. I tried a lot of different colors to see which one worked. Greens and blues, greens with greens, etc. Finally I settled on a dark magenta. The colors just really contrasted each other in a nice way that made Peridot pop!
